No. Your connection string is passed through the SDK at runtime and is never stored on our servers. It's used only to process the current request and immediately discarded.
We support MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server (MSSQL), and Supabase. More databases are on the roadmap — contact us if you need a specific one.
Each message sent to the AI agent counts as one request. Schema discovery and API key generation do not count toward your limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new limits take effect immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We don't enforce a strict per-second rate limit. However, requests are processed sequentially per API key. For high-throughput use cases, contact us about the Enterprise plan.
No. We do not use your data, queries, or database contents to train any models. We use OpenAI's API with data processing agreements that prevent training on your data.
